At BlingVows, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before raising a request.

1. Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Eligibility for Refund & Return

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 4 hours of delivery. An unboxing video (uncut & unedited, 360° view) is mandatory — requests without a video will not be accepted under any circumstances. Proof of purchase is also required. Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

Note: Minor issues such as bent clasps or dislocated parts that can be easily fixed by the customer are not considered damage or defects.

Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that does not match your order, notify us within 4 hours of delivery. We will ship the correct item or process a full refund.

3. 3-Month Exchange Warranty

We stand behind every BlingVows piece. Our 3-month warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not general wear, misuse, or damage caused by not following our care instructions.

To be eligible for a warranty exchange:
• Issue must be reported within 3 months of the delivery date
• Unboxing video (uncut & unedited) is mandatory — no exceptions
• Product must be in original condition with a visible manufacturing defect
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Defect must be a manufacturing fault — tarnishing from water, perfume, or chemicals is not covered
• Only one exchange per order is permitted — no cash refunds under warranty
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Warranty is non-transferable — applies to the original buyer only
• Sale items will be exchanged for the same or equivalent item only — no upgrades

Not covered under warranty:
• Tarnishing or discolouration due to improper care
• Physical damage — scratches, dents, or bending
• Damage from water, sweat, perfume, or chemicals
• Lost or stolen items
• Normal wear and tear over time

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
• Used, worn, or altered products
• Custom or personalised orders (unless defective upon arrival)
• Sale orders — only the amount paid will be refunded, not the current price
• Orders that did not arrive due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Jewelry and accessories

5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Step 1 — Contact Us
Email us at blingvowsdotin@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and your unboxing video or photos.

Step 2 — Verification
Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection within 2 business days.

Step 3 — Resolution
If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Replacements will be shipped promptly.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the guaranteed delivery period (10 days) has expired.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective item shipped). We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) service.
