At BlingVows, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently across India.

1. Shipping Destinations
We ship all across India. There are a small number of locations we are currently unable to serve. If your location falls outside our delivery network, we will contact you promptly after your order is placed.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599
- ₹49 shipping charge on prepaid orders below ₹599
- COD available on orders above ₹199 · ₹85 COD handling fee applicable

3. Processing Time
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

4. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery within 4–5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website.

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. BlingVows is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If we have made an error on our end, we will fully take responsibility and reship your order at no charge.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at blingvowsdotin@gmail.com with your order number and photos or video of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
